Junior Business Development Manager

BoxOffice.lk is Sri Lanka's homegrown online ticketing platform, delivering end-to-end solutions for event organizers and buyers. In just a year, we've powered 15+ events, served 2,000+ customers, and processed 6,000+ ticket sales. As we scale up, we're seeking a dynamic Junior Business Development Manager to join our core team and drive growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identify & pursue new business opportunities in the events/entertainment sector.
  • Build strong relationships with event organizers, venues & partners.
  • Pitch and onboard clients onto BoxOffice.lk.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals & present tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate with management on growth strategy.
  • Track KPIs (ticket volume, revenue, client growth) and maintain CRM records.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in business development (ideally tech/digital products).
  • Proven B2B sales & client management success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
  • Event industry experience or network a plus.
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
