Key Responsibilities
- Industry benchmarking, identifying key industry trends to provide value-added solutions, revisiting process improvements, and enhancing service standards at regular intervals.
- Understand company goals in relation to Fixed Deposits and Savings, formulating and implementing suitable strategies to achieve these goals.
- Source, recruit, train, and groom the budgetary cadre requirements and provide leadership to the team.
- Identify and drive process improvements to ensure excellence in internal and external customer experience.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring risk and compliance requirements are met on a timely basis.
Key Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in fund mobilization, with a good understanding of regulatory framework/compliance, including at least 5 years in a managerial role in the financial services sector in Sri Lanka.
- Prior experience in fund mobilization in a finance company (NBFD) in Sri Lanka, handling a mid-small ticket size client base, and sourcing deposits through a branch network is advantageous.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a recognized university/Institute or full/part professional qualifications in a related discipline.
