We are looking for a Head of IT who can combine vision with discipline, innovation with reliability, and leadership with execution.
The Role
As Head of IT, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the Company's IT strategy, ensuring robust, secure, and future-ready infrastructure while leading digital transformation across manufacturing, sales, distribution, and corporate operations. You will provide strategic direction, strengthen cybersecurity and compliance, and build a culture of innovation within the IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation priorities.
- Lead enterprise-wide initiatives including ERP modernization, automation, data analytics, AI adoption, and cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee the design and optimization of secure, scalable IT systems to ensure business continuity.
- Strengthen IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant standards.
- Ensure effective lifecycle management of IT assets, including renewals of licenses, subscriptions, and contracts.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT operations, service delivery, and user experience across all business units.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership as a trusted advisor on technology investments, risk posture, and digital opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT leadership, with proven success in managing enterprise-level IT operations and strategy.
- Strong expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure management (cloud & on-premises), ERP systems, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage).
