Job Overview
We’re seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Head of Operations to lead the management of multiple franchise outlets for a leading coffee chain in Sri Lanka. This role is both strategic and hands-on, with responsibility for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales and marketing initiatives, and managing high-performing teams.
Role Specifications
This is a hybrid role that involves weekly visits to outlets outside Colombo. A competitive compensation package is offered and will be discussed during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure operational excellence across outlets
- Drive local sales & marketing initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop teams
- Act as the main communication bridge with the CEO
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- 8-10 years in hospitality, F&B, business operations, or startups
- Strong leadership & people management skills
- Proficiency in English & Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
- Computer literate; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
