Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the bank’s treasury operations, including liquidity management and funding strategies.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risks.
- Monitor market trends and economic conditions to inform investment strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with the bank’s financial goals.
- Lead and mentor the treasury team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Prepare and present reports on treasury performance to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
