Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Assist in daily hotel operations, including front desk duties and housekeeping.
- Manage reservations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
