Responsibilities
- Coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Manage housekeeping staff schedules and assignments.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
