HR and Admin Intern
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as CV screening and interview coordination.
- Support HR documentation, employee records, and filing systems.
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes.
- Support attendance and leave management activities.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and office operations.
- Assist in organizing staff events.
- Handle general HR and administrative support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or diploma student in Human Resource Management (HRM).
- Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
