HR and Admin Intern

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as CV screening and interview coordination.
  • Support HR documentation, employee records, and filing systems.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction processes.
  • Support attendance and leave management activities.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Assist in organizing staff events.
  • Handle general HR and administrative support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or diploma student in Human Resource Management (HRM).
  • Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
