Human Resources Executive
Position Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. The HR Executive will be responsible for creating SOPs, conducting annual training, onboarding new recruits, and handling general administration. A strong background in Human Resources and knowledge of labor legislation is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee all SOPs, participate in SOP training, and update accordingly.
- Create and manage onboarding programs for all new recruits, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and manage the onboarding process and conduct induction programs to familiarize new employees with Yaden Laboratories' culture, policies, and procedures.
- Handle payroll processes and maintain relevant HR department records.
- Ensure that office premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic conditions.
- Manage pest control and waste disposal activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
- A degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
