Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding HVAC systems.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
