Import Procurement Executive
About Us
Richwin Holdings (PVT) LTD is a diversified conglomerate engaged in Food Manufacturing, FMCG, and International Trade. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our Head Office team as an Import Procurement Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end import procurement activities for the Group companies.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
- Prepare and manage import documentation, shipping schedules, and LCs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in import/export or procurement operations.
- Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs clearance, and shipping processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
