Job Responsibilities:
- Renew annual insurance policies.
- Call for quotations from competitive insurance companies and finalize.
- Coordinate with insurance agents regarding claims.
- Follow up on accident claims with the vehicle maintenance officer and obtain claims from insurance companies immediately.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to insurance renewals and claims.
- Maintain insurance files with all policy details.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related fields.
- Sound knowledge of the insurance field and possession of an insurance-related diploma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Detailed knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Age between 30 – 40.
