Key Responsibilities
- Provide realistic opinions on vehicles submitted for valuation, adhering to company guidelines.
- Perform physical inspections of vehicles when required, assessing condition, mileage, and other factors impacting value.
- Assist branch staff by sharing knowledge and providing training.
- Update on market trends and provide recommendations.
- Cordial interaction with branches and all stakeholders to ensure prompt service.
- Analyze vehicle market trends, pricing models, and depreciation schedules that impact vehicle value.
- Maintain detailed records of all valuations, ensuring they are easily accessible.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience and skills in the valuation of motor vehicles.
- Diploma in automobile from Ceylon-German Technical Training Institute / NVQ Level 4 qualification from NAITA.
- Affiliate/Associate membership of the IAESL is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle specifications and appraisal techniques.
- Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
