Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, test, and configure desktop PCs, notebooks, monitors, and related hardware components.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware faults in computers, notebooks, monitors, and peripherals.
  • Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, firmware, and drivers.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist customers with technical queries and explain repair issues in simple terms.
  • Maintain workspace, tools, and spare parts inventory; ensure incoming parts are checked and documented.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in Computer Hardware, Electronics, or Information Technology is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, including assembly and disassembly of notebooks and desktops.
  • Ability to identify components (motherboards, RAM, CPUs, power supplies, etc.) and understand compatibility.
  • Good and patient problem-solving skills.
  • Basic software skills: installing OS, drivers, and troubleshooting common software conflicts.
  • Excellent customer communication skills; friendly and professional demeanor.
