Junior Advice Associate - Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual administrative assistance to Australian Financial Advisers.
- Gather client information and update financial platforms.
- Conduct market research and prepare financial reports.
- Utilize analytical skills to support financial decision-making.
- Implement financial advice and handle ad-hoc projects as requested.
Candidate Profile
- Impeccable English speaking and writing skills.
- High computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, CRMs, AI tools, etc.).
- Independent and quick learner.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A strong interest in finance; relevant education is a plus.
- Ability to work from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Willingness to work according to the Australian calendar.
