Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and processing orders.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate sales activities and support the preparation of sales presentations.
- Communicate with clients regarding product information and service offerings.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing materials.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
