Working Hours: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and analyze data to support smoother processes.
- Monitor inventory, track orders, and help coordinate team activities.
- Work with different teams to support overall business goals.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support daily work.
- Suggest ways to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Manage stock levels and inventory records.
- Check purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.
- Confirm deliveries and match them with invoices.
- Schedule and prioritize installation and repair tasks.
- Decide on outsourcing or using in-house engineers as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field.
- Good English speaking and writing skills.
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Organized and able to pay attention to detail.
- A quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Able to work alone or with a team.
- Ready to take on different tasks and grow in the role.
