Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or management.
- Strong knowledge of network and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus.
