Responsibilities
- Manage library operations, including cataloging, circulation, and reference services.
- Assist patrons in locating and utilizing library resources effectively.
- Develop and maintain collections relevant to community needs.
- Plan and conduct educational programs and workshops.
- Collaborate with staff to enhance library services and outreach.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming library environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field (Master’s preferred for Librarian position).
- Proven experience in library operations and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with library management software and digital resources.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
