Qualifications and Requirements
- 3+ years in BPO management roles (Must)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with a Big 4 audit firm (advantageous)
- Flexible working hours and days
- Fully qualified in ICASL, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
