Responsibilities
- Identify and fulfill workforce requirements by recruiting, training, and retaining talents to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Drive employee development and engagement by creating role-specific training programs and tracking learning hours.
- Manage performance, evaluate results, and link performance outcomes with training, career progression, and rewards & recognition.
- Foster a strong culture of health and safety within the business, implementing proactive measures for zero harm to people and property.
- Oversee cost-effective welfare programs and recognition initiatives to boost employee morale.
- Enhance workforce productivity and operational efficiency by adopting digital HR solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a professional qualification in HRM (SHRM/CIPD/CIPM).
- A master's degree will be considered an added advantage.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in a managerial HR role.
- Hands-on experience in employee relations and good knowledge of labor law.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or transport operations will be a distinct advantage.
