PizzaHut Sri Lanka is seeking a skilled and motivated Manager - IT Services to lead our IT team in Colombo. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and services, driving innovation, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the IT services department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products.
- Train and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software applications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
