Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the ON14 Rooftop Bar & Lounge.
- Manage personnel and ensure adherence to company brand standards.
- Monitor budgets and implement promotions to attract guests.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience while maximizing business performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity within a star-class hotel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel industry software.
- Degree in hotel management or food and beverage is preferred.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet financial goals.
