Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, zero defects, minimize wastage, and maintain stock records.
- Implement quality standards in handling, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Implement Lean and efficient warehousing practices.
- Maintain compliance with C-TPAT, ISO standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Lead and train warehouse staff in safe and disciplined working practices.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration (holding Master's degree preferred).
- Black Belt in Lean / Six Sigma is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Inventory Management Techniques (Reorder Point, Safety Stock, ABC/XYZ analysis, Cycle Counting, FIFO/FEFO).
- Sound knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and MS Office.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet timelines.
