Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with clients and negotiate contracts.
- Work independently to drive marketing initiatives.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written & verbal).
- Self-motivated, dynamic, and results-driven personality.
- Aged between 25-40 years.
- Residing in or around Ja-Ela / Gampaha area preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, branding, and promotional activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in the engineering or construction sector).
