Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to join our Hotel Projects Division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
