About Us

The Pinnacle Ella is a boutique hotel in Ella, opening a new spa (Heavens Spa) attached to the hotel.

The Role

We are looking to hire experienced Massage Therapists to join our new spa.

Responsibilities

Provide a variety of massage therapies to clients.
Maintain a clean and professional environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
Adhere to safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Previous experience as a massage therapist.
Certification or training in massage therapy.
Good communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
Friendly, well-groomed, and professional attitude.
Must be willing to work flexible hours.
Must be based in Ella, Bandarawela, or Badulla (or surrounding areas).
