We are a global enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of outerwear, school-wear, and headwear for international markets through our extensive overseas distribution channels. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Merchandiser - Operation & Supply Chain to join our dynamic team.
Position Details

- Reporting to: Operation Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local and foreign customers directly, adapting to a complex, multiple product environment.
- Communicate and escalate issues, coordinating progress with overseas designers via email, Skype, Google Meet, etc.
- Order raw materials from local and foreign suppliers, negotiating prices and lead times.
- Create manual costing sheets and system BOMs, passing them to the next department for execution.
- Provide weekly dispatch schedules and follow up with the shipping department for clearance.
- Handle embroidery and printing-related product developments and approvals.
- Submit weekly, monthly, and seasonal dashboards; create T&A's critical paths and KPIs to share with internal teams and customers.
- Build positive relationships with vendors/suppliers and negotiate prices/terms to meet business requirements.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Qualified or part-qualified in CIMA/CIM/SLIM/SLITA is encouraged.
- Age between 28 - 40 years.
