Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive MEAL systems.
  • Produce reliable information and reports for program evaluation.
  • Assist in data collection and analysis for program assessments.
  • Support accountability initiatives and ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with program teams to enhance learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Development Studies).
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
