Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive MEAL systems.
- Produce reliable information and reports for program evaluation.
- Assist in data collection and analysis for program assessments.
- Support accountability initiatives and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with program teams to enhance learning and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Development Studies).
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
