Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Program Manager (SPM) for STRIVE in coordinating MERL activities.
  • Ensure effective data collection and reporting for project evaluation and learning.
  • Facilitate learning workshops and promote adaptive learning among stakeholders.
  • Consolidate and track MERL-related action points and ensure timely reporting.
  • Support gender inclusion in all MERL systems and processes.

Requirements

  • A university degree in a relevant field (social sciences, data science, etc.).
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning.
  • Strong skills in research design and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo).
  • Fluency in English and Tamil; knowledge of Sinhala is an asset.
