Heaven Nature Ltd, a dynamic UK-based company, is seeking a highly motivated individual for Office Administration and Bookkeeping to provide exceptional support to our Managing Director and ensure smooth operations at our Colombo office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent multitasking skills, and a solid background in accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Organize calendars, schedule meetings, and optimize time management.
- Handle accounting functions: maintain financial records, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure accounting compliance.
- Manage petty cash handling and maintain accurate records of all petty cash transactions.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and internationally, on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled with integrity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong working knowledge of Excel is a must.
- Experience with office management software is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
