Position: Operations Executive
Water Mart Systems (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Closely follow up on day-to-day distribution by coordinating with drivers and delivery assistants.
- Work experience in handling distribution in the bottled water industry will be an added advantage.
- Check and arrange all documentation relating to transport operations and update documents accurately.
- Plan routes according to the schedule.
- Respond to quick customer requirements.
- Maintain & update the customer list through the ERP system.
- Prepare reports and assist management with operational planning.
Requirements
- GCE A/L qualified.
- Age 20-35.
- Work experience in handling distribution will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicant close to Nawala area will be preferred.
