Job Description
Jade International School is seeking reliable Maintenance/Caretaker staff (Male) to ensure our school premises are safe, clean, and well-maintained. The role includes handling general repairs, upkeep of facilities, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform small repairs and keep the school building in good condition.
- Ensure classrooms, washrooms, and other areas are clean, safe, and ready to use.
- Quickly fix problems when something is broken (like lights, fans, doors, or furniture).
- Assist with operational tasks such as moving furniture, carrying items, and setting up for classes or events.
Requirements
- Experience in repair and operations.
- Ability to perform basic fixing jobs like lights, fans, plumbing, or small carpentry work.
- Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Punctual and capable of completing tasks properly.
- Friendly and able to work well with students and staff.
- Physically fit to carry items, move furniture, and perform daily maintenance work.
- Must live onsite in the premises. (Salary: 50,000 LKR to 60,000 LKR)
