About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café/restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, manage staff, control costs, and drive overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily café/restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff.
- Oversee inventory, supply orders, and vendor relations.
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
- Develop and improve operational policies and systems.
- Handle customer feedback and maintain service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in F&B/hospitality operations management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of front and back of house operations.
- Financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, reporting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
