About Us
We are building a next-generation online learning platform to help students across Sri Lanka prepare for the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination (A/L). We are seeking two proactive and organized Operations Officers to coordinate the work of our content development team, academic reviewers, and platform developers, ensuring smooth back-end operations and timely delivery of outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between content creators, academic reviewers, and the platform development team.
- Track progress of content creation, review, and upload schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure efficient communication among teams.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and workflow systems.
- Support testing of platform features to ensure accuracy of uploaded content.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in management, education, IT, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience in project coordination, educational technology, or academic administration is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and willingness to learn project management tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage remote teams effectively.
- Fluent in Sinhala and/or Tamil with working knowledge of English.
