Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage overseas sales activities to achieve company targets.
- Communicate with international clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assist in market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote company products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
