Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track all construction activities, ensuring alignment with the project work plan and timeline.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) department to review and approve completed works.
- Process and manage all engineering-related documents, including project plans, reports, and change orders.
- Prepare and present regular progress updates and status reports on construction works to the General Manager.
- Liaise with the HSE Engineer, QA/QC Engineer, and EQR Inspectors to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Identify potential project delays and propose solutions to keep the project on track.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure or real estate development projects.
- Proven experience with project planning and scheduling software.
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications for various building types.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
