Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the spice processing plant.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.
