Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and evaluating suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities and supplier performance.
- Support the negotiation of terms and pricing with suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain roles is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
