Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with team members to manage production schedules and workflow.
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Implement best practices for safety and quality control.
- Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support to production teams.
- Prepare production reports and communicate with management regarding performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
