Job Description

Chiefway Group, a leading BOI-approved, Hong Kong-based apparel manufacturing company, is seeking passionate and results-driven individuals to join our team as Production & Quality Supervisors/Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day production/quality operations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures.
Lead and guide teams to achieve daily production targets.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Textile/Garment Technology or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory or executive role (preferably in the textile/garment sector).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
