Production Supervisor
Key Role & Responsibilities
- Inspect the outsourced supplier's operation to ensure processing meets required standards.
- Pre-plan production requirements and ensure the availability of materials and resources.
- Assign and allocate responsibilities to team members, ensuring quality and accuracy of processes.
- Supervise employee involvement and maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues, communicating effectively with other divisions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Pass GCE A/L; preferred in Science, Agriculture, or Maths stream.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and ability to motivate subordinates.
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Valid motorcycle driving license.
- Preference for applicants residing near Weliweriya or willing to relocate.
