Job Overview
A-PAD is seeking passionate and self-motivated individuals for the positions of Project Associate and Intern - Coordination Assistant. These roles will focus on disaster risk reduction (DRR) and support community resilience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate networking with private sector, government, and aid agencies.
- Support business and community resilience initiatives.
- Engage in strategic planning and results-based management.
- Prepare and write comprehensive reports.
- Design creative content and conduct research.
- Manage sustainable project initiatives.
Requirements
- For Project Associate:
- Graduates in a relevant field with 2-3 years of work experience and/or a Master's qualification.
- Strong leadership qualities and self-motivation.
- Smart decision-making skills.
- For Intern - Coordination Assistant:
- Recent graduates or final-year students in development-related fields.
- Focus on Development Studies, International Relations, Law, Economics, or Social Sciences.
