Responsibilities
- Project Coordinator:
- Coordinate civil engineering projects and renovation work.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Project Engineer:
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
- Oversee construction methods and materials.
- Prepare project programs using MS Project or Primavera.
- Safety Officers:
- Conduct safety instructions and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Project Coordinator:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Civil or QS qualified (HNDE/NDT/HND/TTI/NCT).
- Excellent communication in English & Sinhala.
- Preference for candidates residing in Colombo & suburbs.
- Project Engineer:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering post-degree.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Urgent availability required.
- Safety Officers:
- Professional Qualification in Occupational/Industrial Health & Safety Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Sinhala.
