About Us

Construction Managers and Planners (Pvt) Ltd is a leading Building Construction company with CIDA - C1 Registration. We are currently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor for our multi-storied building construction project located in Colombo - 02.

Responsibilities

Timely preparation of Payment Applications
Preparation of sub contractors' payments
Knowledge on preparation of Variations, New Rates, etc.
Familiarity with cost escalation formula
Utilize MS Excel, MS Project & Auto CAD effectively

Requirements

HND, NCT in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of QS experience in multi-story building construction
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
