Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the purchasing process for all hotel supplies and equipment.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify purchasing needs and requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and new products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
