Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Executive
- Create and enforce inspection requirements and quality assurance protocols for aluminum fabrication, finishes, and on-site installations.
- Inspect raw aluminum materials, fabricated components, and finished products.
- Conduct regular operations in the factory during the installation phase to monitor quality.
- Prepare daily monitoring and quality inspection reports.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to resolve quality issues.
- Work with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and recommend improvements for the quality management system.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Assist in quantity surveying tasks related to aluminum/steel fabrication and interior design.
- Conduct quantity calculations and cost estimations for ceiling, cladding, and partition work.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Understand detail and analytical drawings.
Requirements
Quality Assurance Executive
- Diploma or equivalent in Production, Construction Technology, or Management.
- 1-3 years of experience in the Aluminum/Steel Fabrication or Interior Designing field.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity calculations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Positive attitude towards daily tasks.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Aluminum/Steel Fabrication or Interior Designing field.
- Familiarity with quantity calculation and cost estimation.
- Fluent in English with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Positive attitude towards daily tasks.
