My Cola Beverages (Pvt) Ltd., located on Gonahena Road, Kadawatha, is a well-established company with 25 years of experience in manufacturing carbonated soft drink bottles. We are currently expanding our factory operations and are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Quality Assurance Department.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality standards are met in the syrup room.
- Maintain documentation and record-keeping for quality assurance processes.
- Supervise and lead team members in the syrup production area.
- Work on a shift basis, including day and night shifts.
Requirements
- Preferably a male candidate.
- Diploma in Food Production or relevant studies in the Science Stream for Advanced Level.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Able to work on a shift basis, day and night.
- Age below 30 years.
- Prior supervisory or team leader experience is an added advantage.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills are required.
